1. PROCESSING TIME • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day

2. SHIPPING METHODS We currently ship all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS) from our office location. Available shipping options: • USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days) • USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) • USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days)

3. SHIPPING RATES Shipping rates are calculated based on: • Package weight • Delivery destination • Selected shipping method Exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. SHIPPING LOCATIONS • We currently ship to all 50 United States and U.S. territories • Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses are supported • International shipping is not available at this time

5. ORDER TRACKING • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships • You can track your package using the provided tracking number through USPS.com

6. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on location • Weather conditions and high-volume shipping periods may affect delivery times • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs or carrier delays

7. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES • All packages are insured against loss or damage • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days • We will work with USPS to locate lost packages or process claims for damaged items

8. ADDRESS ACCURACY • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout • We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers • Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped
